The Independent National Electoral Commission has declared the candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Tinubu, as the winner of the Saturday, February 25, presidential election.

The Chairman of the Commission, Mahmood Yakubu, who announced the final result at exactly 4.10 a.m. Wednesday, March 1, said after days of collation of results from across the 36 states of the federation and the Federal Capital Territory, Tinubu polled a total of 8,794, 726 votes.His closest rival, Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party, scored 6, 984, 520 votes while Labour Party’s Peter Obi secured 6, 101, 533 votes to come third.

Rabiu Kwankwaso of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), has 1,496,687 votes.Due to the 2023 general election which conclude Bola Ahmed Tinubu as winner on March 1st Nigerians React to the Final result of Inec and call for a Re-run of the election due to election malpractice and not Uploading result directly to the Bivas machine which inec initiated for a free and credible election and for inec staff changing election result after it was already recorded as Labour party candidate Mr Peter obi winner of those polling unit, Nigerians speak on the poor performance by inec and seek for a Re-run and call for the cancellation of previous result which gave the former governor of Lagos state Bola Ahmed Tinubu winner at the just concluded presidential election.
