Rapper Yung Miami, real name Careesha Brownlee, has been named in a lawsuit accusing her of harassing a woman to terminate a pregnancy allegedly fathered by Sean “Diddy” Combs. Court documents, obtained on Friday (Sept. 27), outline claims by a Jane Doe who has filed suit against Diddy, accusing him of drugging and sexually assaulting her monthly over a four-year period.

The lawsuit alleges that after the woman became pregnant with Diddy’s child in July 2022, Yung Miami repeatedly pressured her to get an abortion. The suit claims this harassment occurred after Jane Doe informed Diddy about the pregnancy, and that Yung Miami contacted her multiple times demanding she terminate the pregnancy. The woman later suffered a miscarriage.

The allegations stem from an incident at Diddy’s Los Angeles home, where the woman claims she was forced to take drugs, including ketamine, leading to periods of blacking out. She later learned she was pregnant and faced harassment from Yung Miami afterward.

According to the lawsuit, Jane Doe first met Diddy in 2020 during an overseas trip. She claims she felt pressured into seeing him regularly, with Diddy’s team allegedly using “coercive and harassing language” to ensure her continued visits to his homes in various cities, including Los Angeles, New York, and Miami.

This is not the first time Yung Miami has been implicated in legal issues involving Diddy. Earlier this year, a lawsuit filed by producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones was amended to include claims that Yung Miami and other women were paid by Diddy for personal services. Yung Miami has publicly denied these allegations.

XXL has reached out to Yung Miami’s representatives for comment on the latest lawsuit.

This new development adds to the ongoing legal challenges surrounding Diddy, who continues to face multiple accusations related to his personal conduct.
