In a recent turn of events, a man has come forward claiming possession of alleged sex tapes involving Sean “Diddy” Combs and eight other celebrities. Courtney Burgess, who testified before a Manhattan grand jury on Thursday, October 31, stated that the tapes, reportedly provided to him by Diddy’s late ex, Kim Porter, include footage of high-profile individuals.
During an appearance on NewsNation’s Banfield, Burgess alleged that before Porter’s death in 2018, she entrusted him with 11 flash drives containing explicit footage. According to Burgess, the videos feature six men and two women, with “two to three” individuals reportedly being minors at the time of recording. Burgess further claimed that all individuals seen in the footage appeared to be under the influence, positioning them as “victims” rather than “perpetrators.”
Outside the federal courthouse on the same day, Burgess revealed that he had been contacted by Department of Homeland Security agents and subpoenaed to provide all electronic records related to Diddy, including flash drives and hard drives containing these videos. According to TMZ, Burgess has complied with the request to hand over these materials.
In addition to the tapes, Burgess claims to possess Porter’s unpublished memoir, titled Kim’s Lost Words: A Journey for Justice, from the Other Side, which was briefly available on Amazon before being pulled after objections from Combs’ seven children. Burgess’ attorney, Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, spoke to The New York Post about the alleged tapes, stating that one of the male individuals involved is “more high-profile than Mr. Combs.” She affirmed the authenticity of the videos, saying, “It’s real, and the other person in the video is unmistakably identifiable.”
This testimony comes in the wake of Diddy’s recent legal troubles. In September, Combs was arrested on charges including sex trafficking, racketeering, and prostitution. Since entering a not guilty plea, he has been held without bail in Brooklyn, New York, as related sexual assault lawsuits continue to unfold.
